Prepare for Next Program Term - Rollover (2030)

The Prepare for Next Program Term report displays a list of participants are either leaving or returning to a selected program. Agencies use this report to show returning participants as well as those participants who were enrolled but will be leaving after the current program term.

Setup Options for this Report

 

Report Option	Description
Options Information	Show SSNSocial Security Number, Medicaid Info, Insurance Info, Disability Status, Enrollment Notes, Transitioning Placement, Transitioning Notes, Show Age on Cutoff Date, Show Current Age, Parent Data Options, Eligibility Age, School Cutoff Date
Grouping/Type Options	Grouping Options: Site, Classroom, or None (you can also group children by Returning, Transitioning or both)   Report Type Options: Detail or Summary
Date filters?	Yes
Totals?	Yes
Management Report?	No
Notes	Yes, it looks at the eligibility age and then looks for the school cutoff date.
